Product Overview

The KYN28-12 series armored removable AC metal enclosed switchgear is designed for single busbar or single busbar sectioned three-phase AC indoor power distribution systems with a rated nominal system voltage of 3~10kV and a rated frequency of 50Hz. Its primary functions are to receive and distribute electrical energy, as well as control, protect, and monitor the circuits.

The switchgear features comprehensive five-prevention functions and internal design against arc faults. It can be configured with components such as the ZN139-12 series high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker, NPM60 series microprocessor-based measurement, control, and protection device, NPM10 series intelligent operation and control device, and NPM series intelligent power meter. It significantly enhances the cost-performance ratio while fully ensuring operational reliability.

To meet customer’s requirements, the system can be expanded with intelligent protection components such as station control touchscreens, arc flash protection systems, automatic electrical fire extinguishing systems, wireless temperature measurement systems, electric operating units, and cameras, enabling functions like mechanical characteristic monitoring of circuit breaker, inlet/outlet line temperature measurement, video surveillance, partial discharge monitoring, arc flash protection, and automatic electrical fire extinguishing. The data acquisition device provides all-round protection for the switchgear itself, energy consumption monitoring, and state-of-health assessment, meeting the needs for digitalization. This standardized, modularized, and intelligent all-around comprehensive solution can satisfy the power distribution requirements of various systems.
