NYKW2 Series
Intelligent Universal Circuit Breaker
NYKW2 series intelligent universal circuit breakers are mainly used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power supply equipment from overload, undervoltage, short circuit, single-phase grounding and other faults. It adopts intelligent control unit with various protection modes to improve the reliability of power supply. It also has open communication interface for four remote control functions to meet the requirements of the control center and automation system.
NYKW2 series intelligent universal circuit breaker complies with GB14048.2 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Controgear—Circuit-breakers" and IEC60947-2 "Low-voltage Switchgear and Controlgear—Circuit-breakers" and other standards.
Adopts magnetic blowing arc extinguishing technology and multi-layer metal grating structure for arc extinguishing, and gratings are staggeredly arranged in "V" groove, which can effectively improve the arc voltage. Also, the side walls of the arc extinguishing chamber are made of gas-producing materials, which can increase the air pressure in the chamber and facilitate the arc into the arc extinguishing chamber to rapidly extinguish the arc, so that it becomes a zero-arc air circuit breaker.
Adopts dual structure of main and arc contacts, and the rated current is borne by the main contact, and the arc is borne by the arc contact, thus the burning damage caused by the arc to the main contact is very small.
Designed with new contact support, the electrodynamic repulsion force compensates for contact pressure, so that it has better dynamic and thermal stability. The gas-producing material wraps the movable and static contacts, and the high-pressure gas drives the arc to flow to the arc extinguishing chamber quickly, extending the service life of the contacts.
The main contact is comb-shaped and composed of a number of contacts in parallel to reduce the electrodynamic repulsion force and improve the heat dissipation effect, which is conducive to the improvement of product performance indicators (reliability, temperature rise, breaking capacity, etc.).
Relying on various sensor technologies, microelectronic technologies and various information transmission technologies, NYKW2 series intelligent circuit breakers integrate the functions of control, measurement and communication, which can better break and protect the circuit. It has a variety of protection functions suitable for different application scenarios in order to meet the requirements of control centers and automation systems, and realize the intelligent operation of circuit breakers.
Programmable relay signaling units, zone selective interlocking (ZSI), load monitoring, demand value measurement and other expansion units are available to meet the needs of different applications.
