Filtering harmonic frequency and energy, efficiently controlling harmonic interference, eliminating harmonics at the source.
Ideal power supply should be a sinusoidal waveform with a single constant frequency and specified amplitude. When a sinusoidal voltage is applied to a non-linear load, the current will be distorted into a non-sinusoidal waveform, which leads to a voltage drop in the grid impedance, making the voltage waveform turn to be non-sinusoidal as well. Applying Fourier series decomposition to non-sinusoidal waveforms, in which the component with the same frequency as the industrial frequency is called the fundamental wave, and the component with a frequency greater than the industrial frequency is called the harmonic wave.
KLD-BMS2000 series high-performance harmonic protector eliminates harmonics at the power side through digital logics and detects the current waveform generated by non-linear loads in the power grid in real time. It decomposes and reverses the harmonic wave, and then injects the reversed current into the power grid by triggering IGBT inverter to filter out the harmonics. It is mainly applied to the control of harmonics at the power side to protect the important power equipment of customers.
It automatically controls the harmonics according to the situation, and can filter out a wide range of harmonics, including 2nd to 71st harmonics. It can filter out the harmonics of phase A, B and C respectively, and the neutral line has the filtering capacity three times stronger than others, featuring comprehensive high-performance harmonic control.
It has complex model structure, wall-mounted and rack-mounted models are all designed in modules. Its compact space design and accurate capacity control can fully meet the needs of different customers, and applicable to a wide range of fields, making it very convenient in the transportation process, capacity increase and maintenance at the later stage. Also, the modular design is easier to be integrated into the power distribution cabinet.
