Intelligent capacitor is an integrated intelligent compensation equipment of reactive power compensation circuits, and its integrated design is more friendly to the installation space.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

KLD-S series intelligent capacitor is a new generation of reactive power compensation equipment for low-voltage distribution network to improve efficiency and save energy, reduce line loss, improve power factor and power quality. It integrates power electronic technology, measurement and control sensing technology, network communication technology, electrical manufacturing and other advanced technologies, making the traditional reactive power compensation products more integrated, networked and intelligent. It is characterized by simple structure, easy maintenance and high reliability.

Modular structure combines related components into a whole, featuring small volume, simple on-site wiring, and convenient maintenance. When the capacity of reactive power compensation is insufficient, it is convenient to add more intelligent capacitor module for capacity expansion to meet the reactive power demand. Intelligent capacitor has the functions of short-circuit protection, phase loss protection, overcurrent protection and over temperature protection, etc., which can effectively ensure the safety of use and prolong the service life.

ZERO-CROSSING SWITCHING TECHNOLOGY

Integrated structure makes the installation more convenient and over-temperature protection makes the use more safe.

ANTI-HARMONIC FUNCTION

KLD-SBKS series filter intelligent capacitor can suppress the harm of harmonics on capacitors to ensure safe operation.

LAYERED MODULAR STRUCTURE DESIGN

Flexible application, easy maintenance and appealing appearance, which is more suitable for modern power distribution rooms.

Intelligent capacitor adopts upper and lower separated structure, and the main circuit components and control circuit are completely isolated from each other. The layered design effectively improves the efficiency of heat dissipation, and realizes the quick assembly, disassembly, maintenance and repair of the product, which transforms the traditional bulky and heavy structure of reactive power compensation equipment.
